Our items are handmade and crafted with care, which requires time. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, with a typical turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the current order queue.

In some cases, processing may take longer, and we appreciate your understanding—rest assured, the wait will be worthwhile.

For non-custom items, we have a processing time of 2 to 5 days, which is largely dependent on the credit card processing service provided by Shopify.

We strive to ship ready-made hats within 2 to 3 days.
