We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping service selected at checkout.
Please ensure that your custom order request is accurate, including correct spelling and dates, before finalizing your purchase. Errors in spelling or dates provided by you may not be rectifiable. Consequently, if a mistake occurs, it will be your responsibility to place a new order for a replacement item.
